No meal at the Dutch—Andrew Carmellini's Soho ode to the diversity of American cuisine—is complete without sampling the mini fried-oyster sandwiches, listed under "snacks." The Wellfleet oysters are coated in cornmeal and deep fried 'til crisp and golden on the outside but still sweet and briny on the inside.
