This small Chelsea grocery store from husband-and-wife team Richard Lamb and Anna Castellani, along with Clifford Shikler, is an excellent showcase for local, artisanal food products. The owners manage a 28-acre farm in Columbia County that supplies their Foragers City Grocer with vegetables and produce. The butcher counter, run by Terry Ragasa, offers beautiful fat-capped terrines and house-made pastrami alongside fresh cuts.
