In business since 2005, their No. 6 Store—New York's best vintage shop—offers a mix of high-end designers, such as Yves Saint Laurent and Chanel, along with more affordable vintage that keeps up with the trends (no bad polyester or bell-bottoms here). Bereson herself is often working in the store, and when she's there, you're really in luck. Within seconds, she can size up your style and help you find the perfect outfit. And she won't tell you something looks good if it really doesn't. When you need a break, lounge on the shop's couch next to the Kim Gordon painting (Gordon has done T-shirt and portfolio collaborations with the store).
