Gorgeous, rich Piedmontese fare from chef/owner Emma Hearst accompanies the excellent Italian wines chosen by co-owner Sarah Krathen, who loves to talk about her list with diners. Sorella's sleek, candlelit wine bar is one of the most romantic and underrated spots in the city.
