WORLD TRADE CENTER, 5 P.M.--Tonight's RingOut memorial at Ground Zero was the most beautiful and peaceful demonstration this week has yet seen. Over a hundred people lined the west side of the Ground Zero site with bells, gongs, and drums. Some followed a score in three movements, composed by Pauline Oliveros. The shared music floated through the humid dusk—a brief respite, and a hint of better times ahead.
