Boys Choir Sings The "Meow" Song
No, not the old "Meow Mix" commercial, though I've always longed to hear that one in a classical context.
In this case, they're singing a ditty titled "Duetto Buffo Di Due Gatti," which is a homage to Rossini's opera Otello.
Amazingly, the boys sound exactly like cats as they reach their clarion notes, which makes it all the more perfect that they should be on YouTube, where cute cat tricks are king. Even more astoundingly, they don't break into gales of laughter while doing so (though the audience certainly does).
You'll have to tell me how it is because I can't watch it--I'm allergic.
