Cobble Hill CSA Kicked to the Curb
A Brooklynite tipster shared an email from us today from the Cobble Hill CSA, telling members that they had just lost their pick-up spot in Saint Peter's, Saint Paul's Church (234 Congress). The CSA says they were given no warning or explanation, and now they're scrambling to find a new spot. Perhaps some EfV readers have ideas? If you do, we'll pass them along.

Much to our surprise, on Friday we received a notification from St. Peter/St. Paul Church that we can no longer use their space for our CSA pick-up site. We have been given no explanation and the church has made it clear that it is unwilling to negotiate this or even meet with us. Therefore, we must find a new space ASAP. The Core Group volunteers are following up several leads but we also want to open this up to the membership who so that we can tap into as large a pool as possible of knowledge, expertise and volunteer energy.
If you have any suggestions, know of contacts, can get in touch with organizations or can think of any other way of helping, please let us know. You can respond to the list here your ideas may generate others, or you can send an email to XXXX.
