Daniel Radcliffe Is Playing The Same Gay Icon James Franco Played
Harry Potter is going gay.
Daniel Radcliffe just wrapped the movie Kill Your Darlings, which involves a murder that brings together renowned Beat Generation writers like Jack Kerouac, William Burroughs, and Allen Gisnberg.
You'll remember that James Franco, pictured below, gave the part a stab in the 2010 film Howl.
And that interest in that writer wasn't exactly electrifying at that moment, but it was nice to see a gay-friendly actor try and chomp into the part.
The same goes with the Radcliffe film.
And I'm glad there's no creepy subtitle like And The Deathly Hallows, Forbidden Journey, or Chamber of Secrets.
But guess what? That's not the end of the Beat-mania going on.
On The Road is the imminent adaptation of the old Kerouac novel, which stars Kristen Stewart.
Not sure if she's gay friendly, but she's definitely married male friendly!
