http://www.nycgovparks.org Community activities here include acrobatics for kids under 17, African and Caribbean dance. There are also basketball and handball courts to name but two from their selection of facilities. Thereas no mistaking it, Von King has gone all out in its pursuit of culture and physical health. As with all city-sponsored centers, the facilities are a great value and choices are wide but the dark side is the schedules and rules. They can be hectic and congested so check online or phone ahead before you walk up with the wrong paperwork or ID or are turned away because youare a minute late and not within procedural guidelines.
