  • Nitehawk Cinema

    Nitehawk Cinema

136 Metropolitan Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11249
    718-384-3980

http://www.nitehawkcinema.com The Nitehawk Cinema brought first run, independent films into the heart of Williamsburg. Plus? This triplex cinema features large seats with arm-rest tables for in-seat food and (alcoholic) drink service. A sleek facade fronts the cozy film-pub, which marries the community feeling of a neighborhood bar into the family of reverent moviegoers. Brooklyn gourmand Saul Bolton crafted the theater-snack themed menu, which is available in a full-service cafe/bar downstairs and at the upstairs concession/stand lobby. Additionally, the Nitehawk hosts a robust program of "signature series" and special events like brunch screenings, films with live music, classics and retrospectives, film clubs, late shows, as well as food/drink specials that relate to the current attractions. Keep up with the schedule on the Nitehawk's active website, Twitter, and Facebook. The theater also runs a hand-selected pre-show program 30 minutes prior to the ticketed showtime. More >>

http://www.northshoretowers.com/amenities.htm#3 On the border between Queens and Nassau County, in the basement of the North Shore Residential Towers, this single-screen cinema shows everything from mainstream movies to second-run and foreign films.
