Benoit, the French bistro from lauded chef Alain Ducasse, created National Cassoulet Day, which is why they're allowed to spend a whole week celebrating it. Pop in from the 9th through the 15th during dinner hours to feast on a classic winter one-pot stew of white beans, pork, and duck, served family-style. Appetizers and dessert are included as well, all with the hope of warming you up during the coldest time of the year. This is best suited to a big group, so gather your friends.
