For the past four years, Red Hook's Widow Jane has been distilling some of the most delicious bourbon in the state, using water sourced right from a limestone mine in the Hudson Valley. They're celebrating their anniversary in the spirit of spirits, pouring shots of their ten-year all night; attendees will also be the first to get the chance to buy rare, small-batch bottles like Baby Jane Heirloom Bourbon, made with corn Widow Jane bred specially themselves. Also available to taste: bourbon-barrel-aged beer from Keegan Ales, slices from Williamsburg Pizza, BBQ, cheeses, charcuterie, and chocolate. Live music, guest speakers, and even Nat Sherman cigars top off the night. The bonus is that you'll be drinking for a good cause — a portion of the ticket sales will go to You Gotta Believe, an organization that helps teens who have aged out of the foster care system.
