This 1000-person capacity art space is owned by 3LD Theater Group, and functions as a lab for original works in theater, performance art, and hybrid forms of new media storytelling. Over on Greenwich Street, just blocks away from Ground Zero, it became one of the first theaters to rebuild downtown when it opened in 2006, and remains one of the few standing creative spaces in the otherwise artistically sparse Financial District.
