Korean bibimbap gets a healthy makeover at this quick and casual Hell's Kitchen restaurant. The make-your-own menu lets diners come in and create their dishes. First, you choose a base, including white rice, brown rice, green tea rice, vermicelli noodles or salad. Next, pick your protein, which includes beef bulgogi, spicy chicken and tofu, followed by a topping (ranging from asparagus and broccoli to cucumbers and eggs) and a sauce. If you don't feel like being creative, you can always opt for one of the set dishes, like the Classic B-Bap (white rice, beef, mushrooms, bean sprouts, zucchini, egg whites, seasonal veggies and a chili pepper sauce). The small space has a modern feel with a glowing white ceiling, exposed brick and paintings on the walls. With only three tables, most people take their order to-go or order delivery (free with a minimum order of $12).—Keith Wagstaff
