Sushi and sex appeal is what brings in the celebrities and the high rollers who like to gawk at them. Downstairs, model types sit back against pillows in the lounge while sipping specialty cocktails with Japanese influences. The second floor is where you¹ll find the dining room and sushi bar, which is decked out in silvery tones, shining mirrors and flickering tea lights set on jet black tables. The lighting is set so low that whoever you're with is bound to look attractive.
Want to check out the top floor? You better be important, as that¹s where the VIP rooms are located. Sushi is available in specialty rolls filled with things like lobster tempura and sesame-crusted shrimp and in omakase menus where diners allow the chefs to dictate their meal. Entrees come in the form of dishes like miso organic chicken and sake-steamed cod. Speaking of sake, the restaurant has an extensive selection of it, which is also available in saketinis.—Keith Wagstaff
