This sleek, utilitarian joint offers pan-Asian salads, dumplings, curries, and noodles, which arrive speedily and which turn out to be extremely tasty fast food. It won't compare to noodle joints in Chinatown, but if you're urgently craving laksa while in the Village, you can't do much better than this. That laksa is quite respectable, lacking complexity perhaps, but slurpable nevertheless, with a rich coconut broth. Dishes are helpfully divided into small, medium, and large categories, and you can try three items from the list for $10. There are also sweet, cheap cocktails for the NYU-ers.
