"Pork Store" is a phrase that gets me pretty excited, and Calabria is the epitome of the pork thrill. A ceiling of drying sausages and a musty smell of pork preservation (a/k/a mold) are signs of house-made cappicol, pancetta, sopressata flavored with fennel seeds. This is all in addition to sweet and hot sausage.
