Imagine if your friends threw fabulous dinner parties in Soho every night and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what Cómodo is all about. Former Worth Kitchen supper clubbers Felipe Donnelly and Tamy Rofe run a charming restaurant with a menu that reflects Donnelly’s multicultural upbringing in Spain, Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S. Not every dish is a winner, but the strongest ones are what you’d eat at home on a good night: braised pork with garlicky greens, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes, or fresh pasta in a creamy Bolognese. For dessert, dip into the smoked iced cream on crumbly Spanish cookies and be reminded of just blown-out campfire marshmallows.
