You can go upstairs for salsa lessons, or stay downstairs in the canteen at this ancient Spanish community center, which seems stuck in the era of the Spanish Civil War. Downstairs admire the shrine to Garcia Lorca while knocking back decent but not great renditions of zarzuela, paella, and chicken with garlic. Actually, it's better to make an entire meal of tapas, which include the deliriously good tosta choricera, a thick piece of toast gobbed with garlic, caramelized onions, and sausage, surmounted by a runny fried egg, like sunrise in Seville.
