This unfortunately named café offers Siamese with a few Malaysian twists, and already bohos fleeing the tourist crush of Planet Thailand have filtered in. Appetizers of steamed mussels and mee grob, a sweet salad of fried noodles and shrimp, are excellent, especially if you spoon on the homemade hot sauce that's a dead ringer for Hong Kong XO. And while the pad thai flounders, the green and red curries are delicious, served with plenty of rice-soaking gravy.
