This meatery, named after the zingy parsley-and-garlic sauce that Argentineans spoon on their steak, offers beef flown in daily from South America. It's mildly flavored and well-marbled with fat, and grilled medium rare with a beautiful char on the surface (although not, alas, over charcoal). If you like to fight with your meat, pick the beef short ribs; if you want butter-soft, get the filet mignon. Patagonian pastas and fish fill out the menu.
