This sushi bar's website claims it serves the most authentic Japanese cuisine in town;" somehow we doubt it. Nevertheless, the creative sushi gets big points for originality and chutzpah;the Puccini roll is made of rounds of squid tempura stuffed with rice and green olives. The Mexican roll features run-of-the-mill tuna and cucumber, but the rice around the diameter is coated in chile powder. The cholesterol is a whammy of avocado, omelet, salmon and sea urchin. The fish is fresh, and the combinations are mostly successful.
