If Kenny Rodgers had been a South American, this is what his restaurant chain would have looked like. It boasts a mascot that resembles a grown up Bam-Bam from the Flintstones as a crack head. The heart of the establishment is a massive rotisserie stoked with hardwood, producing moist and smoky chickens, with a spice-rubbed skin such as you might find at Colombian and Peruvian chicken joints. The chicken comes anomalously sided with cups of guacamole, a diced pickled salad, and a sweet corn muffin. From there, the menu sprawls out. There's a pretty good smoked sausage of the Hillshire Farms ilk, and a pit beef sandwich that has come nowhere near anything that might be characterized as a pit. Stick with the chicken.
