This quaint European café specializes in crepes both savory and sweet. It's a small place, just 25 seats, with an inviting, rustic vibe due to an abundance of rough-hewn wood and exposed brick. Go the savory route with combinations like sopressata and mozzarella or mushroom and goat cheese, or indulge your sweet tooth with crepes filled with Belgian chocolate or fresh mixed fruit. All savory crepes come with a small mesclun salad and sweet crepes can be accompanied by a scoop of ice cream for $1. Chef/owner Simma Owens also cooks up comfort food classics such as beef sliders, sandwiches, hot soup and waffles, all priced under $10. The beer and wine selection is extremely limited but friendly on the wallet with glasses of wine only $5 and bottles only $20. When it's warm outside, you might want to nab one of the two tiny tables set up on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant.—Keith Wagstaff
