Pasquale Cozzolino, whose work we’ve enjoyed previously at Midtown’s PizzArte, is now turning out Neapolitan-style pizzas from a wood-burning oven in Brooklyn Heights. The pies are a bit pricey, but they’re good—blistered puffs of crust with the texture of good naan, almost sweet, delightfully doughy. The Dellarocco (one of several white pizzas on the menu) is topped with smoked buffalo mozzarella, oil-soaked broccoli rabe, and crumbles of sweet Italian sausage.
