The humble-sounding fish sandwich is a wonder--three substantial whiting fillets freshly breaded and fried and heaped on two slices of bread, with tartar sauce and Tabasco at the ready. Larger appetites will seek out the porgie special, which includes two whole fish and a couple of sides. We chose the skin-on fries and Dominican-style rice with pigeon peas and green olives, turning the porgies into dinner for two.
