Downtown Music Gallery

13 Monroe St.
New York, NY 10002
Jazz cats and experimental music hounds will dig the vibes at Downtown Music Gallery, a cramped little store on the Bowery that stocks a great selection of aout therea musicafree jazz, weird drones, electronic noise, spaced-out prog. The clientele is a bit older and more bearded than the young, hip crowd at nearby Other Music. Itas a little pricey, but if youare looking for the latest jazz release available only on Japanese import, you have a good chance of finding it here.
