Less greasy than your standard Chinatown dumplings, these little Morsels (available with pork, chicken, veggies or shrimp) are available both steamed and seared. Walk down past the smiling anthropomorphic dumpling logo and give your order in front. The restaurant does a lot of delivery and takeout business, but there is seating too, along the orange counters packed tightly with seats. It's not exactly a big place; the ceilings are extremely low and the space is fairly narrow. But, with indie music blaring on the stereo and workers dutifully making the dumplings in front of you behind glass partitions, it can be a fun place to eat. Chopped scallions and ginger are often mixed in with the dumplings while optional sauces like green curry and Asian tahini are available for an extra $1.50 if the Sriracha doesn¹t do it for you. If you really love their dumplings, take a bag of frozen ones home with you to cook later.—Keith Wagstaff
