Named after the breezy palm-lined drive that skirts Havana's harbor, Malecón specializes in excellent rotisserie chicken, dispensed from a series of high-tech contraptions in the front window, and daily specials like Sunday's kingfish in a creole tomato sauce are similarly desirable. This place is much better than its bland and definitively articled Upper West Side sibling, El Malecón.
