Poised at the corner of Maria Hernandez Park, this café offers modified greatest hits of southern Mexican cuisine in pleasant surroundings. The weekend pozole is stout and nourishing; accompanied by a lush tostada, it makes a full meal. For dinner, select the familiar mole enchiladas or chicken adobo, a quarter-bird bathed in vinegary red chile sauce.
