What a nifty idea! Start with a bowl of broth and your choice of noodles, then add any number of additional ingredients at one dollar per choice. The soup and noodles are supposedly free, so the price is determined by the number of additions, of which there are 40 available. A few--like mustard greens--are not listed on the menu. Our faves so far: Fried gluten, beef stew, pork stomach, and fish cake. The decor is glitzy, featuring antique photos of Chinese rail travel. Their motto: The Taste of Hong Kong, Here at Home.
