This offspring of a Williamsburg restaurant outstrips its parent in significant ways. Short, stubby, and supremely porky, the Isaan-style sausages are a delight, served as a bar snack with the traditional accompaniments of raw ginger, peanuts, and crudite. So, too, do the Thai salads excel, including a good ground-pork larb with plenty of heat, and a crunchy duck salad that may be too sweet for some. Curries are another specialty--of which our favorite features chicken in a coconut-laced red curry sauce. If you want gloppy, go for the angel hair noodles with peanut sauce. Wash it down with a cold Thai beer.
