Sushi purists should avert their eyes. No one would say it's authentic, but Kiku's peanut-avocado roll is completely delicious. Kiku plays with American-style sushi, but does so with very fresh fish, and sells it for affordable prices. Park Slope roll involves cucumber, avocado and salmon, doused in a tasty miso sauce. Spanish mackerel sushi is usually a good bet, and sustainable to boot. Of the appetizers, fried oysters are worth ordering.
