Perhaps unsure of its Salvadoran constituency, this Upper Broadway establishment with a very handsome dining room features a menu adding Mexican and Dominican stuff to the Central American repertoire. While we've never liked the soups much, standards like yuca con chicharrón and homemade pupusas-the latter available in a rarely encountered rice version-are addictive.
