More Neapolitan pizza for Brooklyn, this time from Avi Shuker (of Mimi’s Hummus) and Ben Heemskerk, his partner at nearby wine bar the Castello Plan. Shuker’s childhood pal, chef Daniel Soskolen, cooks up clever plates that branch out from Italy to form a broader Mediterranean tapestry that — true to the restaurant’s Brooklyn roots — places emphasis on local purveyors. Pizzas emerge from the custom-built brick oven pleasantly charred and chewy. Gently priced cocktails satisfy with thoughtful spirit choices, including a number of Italian digestivi.
