If they have the braciole on the menu, that's what you want (as long as you're not on a diet). It is the biggest braciole you'll ever see, stuffed with broccoli rabe and mozzarella and lying on a bed of perfectly al dente spaghetti tossed in a delightfully tangy tomato sauce. Other dishes are good but typically heavy, like veal parmigiana, which-believe it or not-can be light and elegant. Go for pasta dishes and stick with those that have not visited the oven.
