Culinarily, this new Mexican doesn't set its sights very high, which if fine, since the food is often wonderful. It concentrates on the humble corn-based meals called antojitos, mainly tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, and the like, often with regional themes. The chicken enchiladas with mole pipian (pumpkinseed sauce) are delectable, and so are the tacos overstuffed with barbacoa;a pungent filling of steamed goat. The prices are predictably high compared with, say, a taqueria on Roosevelt Avenue, but compared with the rest of the meat market, they're not so bad.
