Mark's menu is short, offering sliders with cheese and onions--bacon optional--pecan pie, fries, and milkshakes, including one spiked with Guinness. The sliders are the junky, classic, soft sort: small and griddle steamed. The thin patty of slightly dry but robustly flavored beef is augmented with burnt onions and goopy American cheese, all of it piled on a very squishy potato bun. At around $2 each, the mini-burgers are worth a try if you're in the area. As a bonus, the whole place smells like pecan pie.
