The vegetarian combo at this cramped new Ethiopian shoebox is a thing of beauty: stewed green beans, collard greens, a chile-laced bread salad, gritty chickpea dumplings in gravy, and little puddles of pureed lentils in shades ranging from yellow to dark chocolate. All are deposited on an enamel tray lined with the dun fermented flatbread known as injera. Eat with the fingers of your right hand, unless you're left-handed. There's a decent meat combo, and individual dishes not included in the combos. Anything made with lamb is particularly toothsome. Caveat: The kitchen can be slow.
