Try the barbecued pork paste-it sounds like a bad idea but it tastes so right. It's a plate of pork patties with lettuce wrappers and sweet rice vinegar dipping sauce. Then dig into a huge plate of crispy squid with garlic sauce. The menu is extensive, and they excel in every area, including the full range of pho-traditional beef broth with rice noodles and beef. As an added bonus, the food is practically free and you will have leftovers, or you would if you weren't such a pig. You won't complain about the brightly lit, totally uninviting room-if you care at all about food. (Be aware: The kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m. at this location, 10 p.m. at the other.)
