Appetizers and seafood entrees are the high points at this trendy Italian restaurant. From the former category come a luscious plate of tuna carpaccio dotted with scallions, capers, and squiggles of pepper mayonnaise, and a salad of green lentils and baby lettuces ringed with grilled scallops and shrimp. Each sliced-in-half scallop holds a couple of generous chunks of black truffle (which should be removed and enjoyed separately). The room, slightly below street level, is casual and comfortable, but the yellow walls make everyone look a little jaundiced.
