Remember to savor your burger at Paul's. It's a huge, greasy, falling-apart, bun-soaking mound of beef that should be eaten slowly. The food (they steam the burgers to cook them through since they are so big) and mood (very friendly) are similar to Jackson Hole, for those of you who wish there was a downtown location. They have the requisite metal bowl full of new dill pickle slices on each table.
