Goodman has set up a wee shop in the East Village devoted to all things pudding. You'll find cups filled with chocolate, vanilla, and butterscotch custards, plus parfaits that combine several flavors along with granola, sprinkles, brownie bites, or fresh fruit. Sometimes the texture of the desserts can be a bit grainy, but if you're there on a good day, you'll be in for a treat. Favorites include the ultra-rich chocolate pudding and the coconut cruise parfait, which packs in fresh pineapple, lime-soaked coconut cake, and graham crackers.
