The name of this small spot refers to the particularly smooth stones that appear in certain vineyards. The wine list contains crowd-pleasers from around the world, like a Kabinett Riesling and an inky Bordeaux blend from Napa, all at fair by-the-glass prices. Plus this is the only proper wine bar we know of that sometimes does buy-backs. Food is fine, if nothing to get excited aboutËfried shrimp, roasted beets, hummus. The oyster service is very nice.
