This old-world fresh pasta-making shop has been around so long that it's received a 2004 Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation Award. Indeed, it's been here for over 100 years, having what is believed to be one of the oldest operating pasta cutters in the city. The quality of the pasta is as good as it gets, allowing you to choose desired thickness and type (choices range from spinach and tomato to rosemary and wheat) and boxes of ravioli come stuffed with everything from lobster and mushrooms to spinach and cheese. You can also purchase sausages, fresh imported buffalo mozzarella, freshly made sauces (try the vodka sauce!), olive oils, desserts, spring water, and much more while you're at it. Plus, you'll pay half the price for what would normally cost you an arm and a leg at other "gourmet" shops.
