This latest collection of Chinese hawker stalls includes several from parts of China rarely represented in Flushing heretofore. B1 is from Xinjiang in far western China, and the cumin-dusted kebabs are especially good. At the time of this writing, the bubble tea in B2 has disappeared, and a new noodle specialist has appeared in A6, demonstrating how the composition of the court will continue changing. The A3 Sichuan stall offers a fiery vegetarian soup mobbed with lotus root and kelp, while A5 has shar bing (a wonderful, pork-stuffed pancake), in addition to sushi and Korean fare. It, as with neighbor B5, boasts owners that hail from Liaoning, northeast of Beijing. At several stalls, English menus with photos have recently made grazing much easier.
