Perched on the Coney Island boardwalk, a quick walk from the Cyclone, this 80-year-old dive hovers precariously near death (the great majority of the patrons appear to have been coming here since the bar originally opened). If the gloomy, fried-fish smell gets to be too much, step outside for some light and airapicnic table seating provides a fine view of the Atlantic.
