Sangam, sanskrit for "a meeting place" is a tiny Indian cafe, and carryout that chooses to make only a small handful of dishes, and make them very well. Anything on the limited menu (plus a couple of desserts) is recommended, including the flagship chicken biryani, a mellow mass of spices, peregrine veggies, and poultry tidbits, with just a hint of rosewater. The vegetarian biryani is identical, minus the chicken. The menu fills out with a Punjabi-centric wrap (the Nargisi qeema roll) and dueling vegetarian and meatless samosas.
