Not only does this contemporary Teutonic establishment provide great schnitzels (veal, pork, and chicken), it also excels at sausages. For big appetites, there's a sausage platter containing a bratwurst, a knackwurst, a bauernwurst, a weisswurst, and a cudgel of kielbasa sided with red cabbage, sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes. It will add inches to your waistline. For even bigger appetites-or to be shared among several beer-swilling friends-there's also an excellent roast pork shank mired in brown gravy, rising like one of Mad King Ludwig II's Bavarian castles.
