Goodbye Oznotas Dish, hello Silent H. This combo bar, banh mi parlor, and full-blown Vietnamese restaurant presents relatively faithful renditions of Southeast Asian standards. Scrumptious hero sandwiches are the main fare at lunch. Most are made with conventional banh mi ingredients (there's a vegetarian version, too), but the best features kielbasa, in a winning nod to the neighborhood. Dinner is more scattershot, with Thai papaya salad and Chinese shrimp toast added to a menu of Vietnamese crepes and lemongrass chicken. Anything with a pork chop is recommended: Rather than the razor-thin article that's standard in most Vietnamese joints, this place proffers a big thick chop.
